Electricity: The Gardens at duPlooy's is a solar- powered community with generator backup. Homes will be metered at the current rate charged by the Belize Electricity Board. Homeowners are asked to keep high-energy appliances and electronics to a minimum. Two loads of laundry weekly will be included in homeowners' fees. We ask that owners use CFL or LED lightbulbs.

Water: is supplied from a 200'well and is included with homeowners' fees.

Homeowners' fees through 2012: US $150.00 per month and include the following:
